Michael Yuryev, DO is a family doctor serving patients in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Yuryev has a strong interest in holistic methodology and osteopathic manipulative medicine, health maintenance, as well as disease prevention. He combines his clinical knowledge and experience with a warm and empathetic demeanor as he focuses on improving his patients’ overall well-being by teaching them about preventative care. He offers individually-tailored treatment plans that are rooted in his osteopathic training. His approach is collaborative, thus establishing effective dialogue that allows him to provide his patients with the best medical care possible.

Vera M. Orlando, PA-C

Vera Orlando is a family medicine PA-C who is devoted to providing quality health care to individuals of all backgrounds. Vera is strongly interested in Public Health and the wellbeing of the community as a whole, so she strives to incorporate a full medical, psychosocial approach to treatment with every patient. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Sacred Heart University in Stamford, CT and speaks both English and Italian. Vera chooses to practice family medicine because she values the importance of preventative medicine, continuity of care and building a strong, trusting relationship with each individual patient. She looks forward to getting to know each of her patients and providing them with high quality care.

Max Rubin, PA-C

Max Rubin PA-C is a family medicine provider that brings strong interests in both preventative medicine and clinical research. He approaches each patient with an interest in their overall health and well-being and strives to treat medical issues using the latest research in evidence-based medicine. Prior to moving to Brooklyn, Max received most of his education and clinical training in the Boston area. He earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and his M.P.A from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He looks forward to meeting you working together to ensure the best possible outcome.

Esfira Shakhmurova, F-NP

Esfira Shakhmurova is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose main focus is on preventative care with the incorporation of nutrition and evidence based research. Esfira has 12 years of ICU/Trauma care along with Hospice and Palliative Care experience. Her main focus is ensuring each patient not only lives a life of quantity but also quality. Esfira graduated with her FNP certification from Wagner College and joined Michael Yureyev and his team in 2022 due to shared philosophical goals of optimal health for each individual patient.
