Our lives are full and our worlds move fast. In order to ensure that our bodies and minds can withstand the pressures we often make ourselves endure, we must keep in shape. Because getting ill can be frightening, knowing that we have a doctor whom we can trust and who respects us is especially important. We need to know that our physician takes us seriously and doesn’t see us simply as another line filled in the appointment book.

As your family doctor, Dr. Michael Yuryev seeks to be that partner in your life. A practitioner who believes in the holistic approach, Dr. Yuryev adheres to the practice of preventative and therapeutic medicine. He is a firm believer of looking at the complete picture—the person as a whole, including his physical and emotional health, as well as his/her environment. Dr. Yuryev chooses to not limit his professional involvement to examining solely the isolated problem as demonstrated by the chief complaint; instead, he aims to spend as much time as possible with each patient in order to understand his/her history. He strives to get to the root of the problem, as opposed to just masking its symptoms, truly wanting to help you, and your family, live a healthier, happier life.

We believe that medical offices should have a customer satisfaction rating of at least that of your favorite restaurant (and, ideally, higher, since your health is certainly more important than your brunch), so when you call or come in for an appointment, we will not make you feel like a burden or an imposition. Instead, you will be treated with respect and, most importantly, care.

Our time has value and Dr. Yuryev respects yours. Because we don’t always know what life will throw our way and when we may get ill, planning to see a doctor can be tricky. This is why we offer same-day, hassle-free appointments, which you can secure by calling us or booking online. Also, more often than not, your waiting time will be less than 10 minutes. In addition, for your convenience, all your lab work will be collected on the premises, at the time of the appointment. EKG and Pulmonary Function Tests are also performed on site.
